In my early years, my parents, Frank and Martha Roberts, imbued me with the ethical standards I embrace to this day. They taught me to accomplish every task fully, honestly, and to the best of my ability.
Later in life, I received mentorship in construction practices from Steve Floyd, the finest man I have known. Steve has imparted to me the wisdom of his vast experience in the construction industry. As a man of faith, he has exercised kindness, understanding, and unique vision throughout his many years building homes with his father and on his own. I strive to employ the principles of his success in my own business and in my life.
